To ponder and meditate on:
"If you receive the words of my commandment and hide them within yourself, your ear will be obedient to wisdom, and you will incline your heart to understanding." - Proverbs 2:1-2
Challenge:
Today, focus on what comes into your ears. If someone is using crude or inappropriate language, step away. If you are feeling confident, tell your friend to not use that kind of language.
Plan to attend the Liturgy of the Pre-sanctified Gifts.
